Stacking the Shelves (Oct. 21, 2012)

Tynga of Tynga's Reviews has a meme to spotlight the books we receive each week. Visit her site to check out the linky and see what everyone gets. I guarantee that your TBR pile will grow.

This week I added three books to my massive TBR mountain. I bought one book for my Kindle and received two books from NetGalley for review.
When I saw that NetGalley had Scent of Magic by Maria V. Snyder, I had to ask for it. I really enjoy Snyder's work and can't wait to read the second book in this new series.

While browsing Harlequin's offerings I also found a Conard County book by Rachel Lee - Rancher's Deadly Risk. It has been years since I have read Harlequin series books in any quantity but I do remember that this author and series were always favorites.
I also bought Shifter's Destiny by Anna Leonard both because I like stories about shifters - and this is a unicorn - but also because I like Laura Anne Gilman's work under her own name and was curious to see if I would like her style under this pseudonym.

What did you add to your stack this week?

  2. Nice! I used to love Rachel Lee's Conrad County series, so will keep an eye out to see what you think of this new one. And I didn't know that Laura Anne Gillman wrote under any other names, so thanks for the heads up! Enjoy!
