I am feeling a lot of pressure about making my goals for the challenges that I am part of this year. I know that last year I read about 225 books. But this year, because I am trying to read certain kinds of books, it feels harder. The books I choose to read next are chosen with much less spontaneity because I have to keep in mind making progress on my challenges. I feel guilty when a "drop everything and read" book arrives because it messes up my pattern.
WHOA 20 books a month?! I'm impressed! I haven't even read 20 books this year yet haha. I hope you're enjoying Princess For Hire. I thought it was great.
ReplyDelete20 books in a single month is awesome! You're doing great with your challenges!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about the surprise books messing up your schedule, but think we have to be spontaneous every now & again or reading becomes too much of a chore. Enjoy!
Wow! Great month!
ReplyDeletePS. I love the new look :)
