Stacking the Shelves (Sept. 9, 2012)

Tynga of Tynga's Reviews has a meme to spotlight the books we receive each week. Visit her site to check out the linky and see what everyone gets. I guarantee that your TBR pile will grow.

I got a small number of books this week but most of them were pre-ordered and highly anticipated books. I got:
Playing to Win by Jaci Burton is the fourth in her Play by Play series. Since I am a sucker for sports romances and really love the covers, this one had to go on my stack.
I also had to get Archangel's Storm by Nalini Singh which is the latest in her Guild Hunters series and The Lost Night by Jayne Castle (aka Jayne Ann Krentz) which revisits her futuristic world of Harmony and is apparently the start of a new story arc.

Finally, this week I got:
Enjoy the Ride by Steve Gilliland and Making a Difference by Steve Gilliland. Mr. Gilliland was the inspirational speaker hired by our school consortium to fire up the teachers at the start of our new school year. He made me laugh and made me think so I decided to get his books. However, I didn't want to buy them at the conference and pay full price because I am a poor teacher. I bought them through Amazon Marketplace and was surprised to find that Making a Difference was autographed.

That was my week. What did you add to your stack this week?
