It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.
I will be combining my YA and adult reading and purchases on this one weekly roundup. YA and middle grade reviews will still be posted on Ms. Martin Teaches Media - my other blog.
Other Than Reading...
This has been another gray, dreary, rainy fall week in my part of Minnesota. We did dodge the snow that fell farther north though are temperatures are running about 10 degrees cooler than normal. Looks like next week will be the same.
My baseball season is coming to an end. I'm writing this on Saturday. My team plays a win-or-go-home game tomorrow. I will still watch baseball until the World Series is over but with less interest if my team doesn't play.
I have been reading lots of review books and am working on November releases. I did have some trouble finding something I wanted to read when I had a day to choose something off my YA TBR mountain. I think I tried four or five different books until I found one that grabbed me. The rest got tossed back on TBR mountain for another day.

ReplyDeleteHere's my Monday Wrap-up
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
I'm so happy the autumn switch was finally thrown here in AZ. Highs below 90F! Have a great reading week, Kathy!
ReplyDeleteSounds as if you are very busy.
ReplyDeleteGreat you missed the snow....too early for that. Yikes.
Terrific book line up.
Love the looks of the cozies.
Thanks for sharing and for coming by my blog earlier.
I have the Kate Carlisle series in my TBR. It looks so good. I'm still reading A Crafter Knits A Clue. I hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI'm familiar with that tendency to pick up books, one after the other, before settling on one. That has been me lately.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your reading, and thanks for visiting my blog.
Read your reviews of A True Cowboy Christmas, The Hollow of Fear and The Perfect Candidate. The last two sound fabulous, but not sure I could make it through the cowboy one. The cover of Del Toro Moon is cute.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week.

Ghost of a Chance looks good being that there is a cat on it. :) I will be glad when baseball season is over, my husband watches almost every Red Sox game.
ReplyDeleteGreat selection of books as always. My weekly update
ReplyDeleteI've just returned from Melbourne and in between setting the house to rights, look at the blogs. Its raining here thank god.
ReplyDeleteI follow a Minnesota quilter who talked about the weather getting colder which made me realise winter was coming to your part of the USA. I like Sherry Thomas as an author and at some point would like to read this series, but you know how many books on the TBR pile!
ReplyDeleteWe got some snow here this morning, but it didn’t stick. I’m happy for that. I hope your team wins. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
Glad you dodged the snow for now, but am sure it won't be long in arriving. I have to check and see if I've read Gunmetal Magic. Have a great week of reading.
ReplyDeleteWe had some dreariness too- lots of rain- but now it's warm again for a couple days until the cold returns.
ReplyDeleteThe Hollow of Fear and Murder in belgravia look good.
Snow! I don't like it. I hope for all our sakes that this is a mild winter. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteOh, Little White Lies! So excited for it, Jennifer Lynn Barnes is one of my most favourite authors! Sounds like a really good week! Thanks for stopping by! Happy reading!
