November Reading Report

November was an interesting month. Our weather here in Southeastern Minnesota was warmer than usual with more rain than snow. There was lots of reading time but I didn't take full advantage of it. I spent too much time online playing various computer games.

Here are the books I read and reviewed:

Adult Books
Maybe This Time by Jennifer Crusie
Carousel Tides by Sharon Lee
Happy Ever After by Nora Roberts
Indulgence in Death by J. D. Robb
Play of Passion by Nalini Singh
Pack Challenge by Shelly Laurenston
Don't Sweat the Small Stuff by Don Bruns
Masques by Patricia Briggs (scheduled for Dec. 2)
Wolfsbane by Patricia Briggs (scheduled for Dec. 9)
Ten Ways to Be Adored When Landing a Lord by Sarah MacLean (scheduled for Dec. 4)

Young Adult Books
Scourge (A Grim Doyle Adventure) by David H. Burton
Wren Journeymage by Sherwood Smith
Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
Once in a Full Moon by Ellen Schreiber (scheduled for Dec. 9)
Crave by Linda J. Burns and Melinda Metz
My Soul to Steal by Rachel Vincent (Scheduled for Dec. 16)
Choker by Elizabeth Woods (Scheduled for Dec. 2)
Virals by Kathy Reichs (Scheduled for Dec. 4)

I read a total of 18 books that totalled 5688 pages. Six of the books I read this month were ebooks via either my Kindle or Adobe Digital Editions on my computer. All were books that I own (if you believe that you own eARCs and Adobe Digital Editions).

Unfortunately, because of my book addiction, I added 54 books to my TBR stacks this month. 34 of the books were either for my Kindle or Adobe Digital Editions. 41 of the 54 are still on the TBR stack.

I do feel that I am starting to get more organized with my blogging. I received 21 books for review this month which is far more than I ever have received before. I think I have a system in place that will let me read them and post reviews no later than one week before the books publication date. I also don't want to post a book sooner than one month before the publication date. As you will note, I have a number of reviews written and scheduled. I have been looking for ideas about how to organize my blogging so that I don't go long stretches of time without new content or bombard my readers with multiple posts in one day.

What was your month like? I hope you have a good December as we wind down 2010. I know I still have some challenges to complete and lots of books to read.

  1. Not one of those have I read, but a few I'd love to. Happy Reading!
