WoW: Death Magic by Eileen Wilks

Waiting on Wednesday is a meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. She has a linky widget at her site each week for your post and to make it easy to find posts by other people.

The purpose of the meme is to spotlight books that we are eagerly anticipating. It is fun to take a look at what others are waiting for.

I have noticed that it has expanded my wishlist though. Be warned!

I am eagerly awaiting November 1 because I can add Death Magic by Eileen Wilks to my TBR mountain. This is the latest in her Lupi series which I think is highly underrated. I wish it would get more publicity because I really like the characters. Lily Yu is an FBI agent who is able to see what kind of magic people have but isn't affected by it. Her fiance - Rule Turner - is the visible face of the werewolves who are just coming out in public. They have a great romance.

Here is the description of this book:
Recovering from an attempt on his life by an FBI traitor, Lily Yu's boss forms a ghost unity that will operate in secret-and outside the law. Lily's conscience won't let her join. Her fiancé, lupi Rule Turner, has no such reservations. But when a senator is killed, Lily's decision becomes a matter of life and death-and all the magic in between.
I can't wait to see what happens in this one.
