The Isis Collar by Cat Adams has been sitting on my TBR mountain since March 2012. I finally had a break in my review schedule and could browse the mountain to pick something that looked good.

Teaser:

A basement window was being opened...from the inside. Okay, that just screamed sneaky. There were plenty of exit doors; why crawl out of a window unless you were up to something?
