It's Monday, What Are You Reading? is now hosted by Kathryn at TheBook Date.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.I will be combining my YA and adult reading and purchases on this one weekly roundup.

Other Than Reading...
Other Than Reading...
This was another quiet winter week. We did experience higher than normal February temperatures with highs in the 30s and low 40s. My brother took advantage of the nicer weather and sunny days to clear as much snow as he could from the solar panels. We made our first power since January 15 on February 8.
Cooking this week was just basic, no new recipes. I made macaroni and cheese which I like but Bill doesn't. And Bill made chili which he likes, and I don't. We'll be eating our own separate meals for a while since his schedule has him working past the dinner hour on the days he is scheduled for this coming week.
After finishing the 19-hour Downbelow Station, I listened to two shorter audiobooks that I've had since 2021. Unfortunately, listening to one of them encouraged me to buy the other two books in the trilogy so the TBR pile didn't shrink.
I'm currently in a stretch of reading review books. I have five that will be released on March 21 and two on March 28. I thought this would be a good time to slide in Etched in Bone by Anne Bishop. I've been slotting in The Others series as I found time for a few weeks now.
This coming week should be quiet too. I do have to get the annual license tabs for my car but have no other errands or appointments on my calendar.

How are you enjoying your current reads? Hope you'll have a great week! :D
ReplyDeleteSounds like a nice, quiet week! Though that's a risk of reading in a series that the rest have to be added to the TBR! Thanks for stopping by! Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteSeams Deadly is a book I've been eyeing. Anything with a cat gets my attention :) I hope you are enjoying your books and have a great week!
ReplyDeleteOh nice! Those are all pretty much new to me ones. I hope you enjoy your reads lined up for the week!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Monday Wrap-up
Have a GREAT day!

Thanks for visiting my blog today! Yes, you should definitely bump All Systems Red (Murderbot #1) up on your TBR list. I listened to the audiobook but I'm sure the e-book would be great, too. Plus, they're short!
ReplyDeleteI've had CJ Cherryh on my TBR for years, and also always meant to go back for more Rhys Bowen and Elizabeth Peters.
I have been recetnly disappoibted by Mandian, but I hope it works for you.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to check what Downbelow Station is about.
Separate meals can be a great solution. I love mac and cheese.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week!
I'm really looking forward to A Sinister Revenge, despite being quite behind in my Raybourn and Huber mystery series! Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteI am so tempted to get those sequels to the Becky Chambers series. Such a great price, and I've been meaning to read them...
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I frequently make separate meals. I make something for myself and the kids and my husband, who is doing what he thinks is Keto (I call it the heart attack diet) makes something he will eat. It's not ideal, but it works for us! - Melinda @ A Web of Stories
ReplyDeleteMurderbot is such a fun series!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that the In Death series is up to book number 56. I stopped at about 12. I didn't mean to, it just happened that way
