WoW: Corsets & Clockwork edited by Trisha Telep

Waiting on Wednesday is a meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. It gives us a chance to spotlight books that we are eagerly anticipating.

I have become a fan of steampunk and so this collection sounded interesting to me -- Corsets & Clockwork: Thirteen Steampunk Romances edited by Trisha Telep.

Here is the product description: Dark, urban fantasies come to life in the newest collection of Steampunk stories, Corsets & Clockwork. Young heroes and heroines battle evils with the help of supernatural or super-technological powers, each individual story perfectly balancing historical and fantastical elements. Throw in epic romances that transcend time, and this trendy, engrossing anthology is sure to become another hit for the fast-growing Steampunk genre!

This collection features some of the hottest writers in the teen genre, including: Ann Aguirre, Jaclyn Dolamore, Tessa Gratton, Frewin Jones, Caitlin Kittredge, Adrienne Kress, Lesley Livingston, Dru Pagliassotti, Dia Reeves, Michael Scott, Maria V. Snyder, Tiffany Trent, and Kiersten White.

There are lots of great authors in this one. I have it on pre-order and will be watching for UPS on April 26.

  3. So, sorry you didn't like Dearly, Departed. I'm surprised they have ARC's out already since the book isn't due for release until Dec. Yet, I'm not surprised, there are so many ARC's floating around out there.

Perhaps, the next steampunk book will be better.
