I am feeling a lot of pressure about making my goals for the challenges that I am part of this year. I know that last year I read about 225 books. But this year, because I am trying to read certain kinds of books, it feels harder. The books I choose to read next are chosen with much less spontaneity because I have to keep in mind making progress on my challenges. I feel guilty when a "drop everything and read" book arrives because it messes up my pattern.

  1. WHOA 20 books a month?! I'm impressed! I haven't even read 20 books this year yet haha. I hope you're enjoying Princess For Hire. I thought it was great.

  2. 20 books in a single month is awesome! You're doing great with your challenges!

I know what you mean about the surprise books messing up your schedule, but think we have to be spontaneous every now & again or reading becomes too much of a chore. Enjoy!

  3. Wow! Great month!

PS. I love the new look :)
